This apartment is available all year round, with rental costs of between £240 & £400 per week dependant on seasonal variation and availability.

However, the main holiday season runs from mid April through to early November and the approximate prices are listed below:-

NB:  For longer term lets (14 days or more) a 5% discount is applied.   E.g. one week in August = £400 whereas two weeks in August = £760.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Prices quoted include a pre-arrival apartment clean & laundry of bedding & towels. Additional clean bedding and towels are provided for a mid week change. A washing machine, hair dryer and safe are also provided at the apartment.

Incidentals such as electricity, gas, water, satellite tv provision, garden & pool maintenance, initial toiletry & cleaning products are included in these costs. Several UK travel adaptors should also available in the apartment. 

An arrival pack will be provided to ensure that basic food and drink  items are available on the first day of your holiday. Additional information can be provided on local amenities, advice on cost effective shopping and contact information in the event of a maintenance issue arising during your stay. If you reqiure baby seats/cots etc., these can be hired locally from a company called Travel Tots Hisaronu.
